Shipping Information
The fulfillment process of Mobstyle Music (mobstylemusic.com) is to process and ship out all orders within 48 hours. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You will be charged shipping cost unless Mobstyle Music is running a free shipping special.
Return Policy
Mobstyle Music does not offer a return policy, however we do offer same item exchanges for a different size, because we do understand that all people aren’t built with the same dimensions. All items that are exchanged need to have original tagging and packaging. In order to get an exchange, and items must not look worn. All exchanges must be completed within 7 days of the day the item was received by the buyer. All items that are exchanged, MobstyleMusic.com is not responsible for shipping costs. Shipping the product back to us, and re shipping the product back to you, is the responsibility of the buyer, unless it was a mistake made on our end. If any items delivered and defected please contact Customer service as soon as possible.
How To Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 business days of your purchase.
1. Please email cpo@mobstylemusic.com or call 270-945-7545 to request a refund with full details of your reason for a refund along with your name, contact, and order number.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
